Ingredients:

2 cups of rice
1/2 chopped onion
KNORR: Caldo de Tomate Con Sabor de Pollo (Tomato Bouillon with Chicken Flavor)

Directions:

Brown onion in some oil (also tomato but optional) until the onions sweat. Next add the rice and brown until the rice gets slightly transparent. Add water (enough water to go over rice) and add some "Caldo de Tomate Con Sabor de Pollo" until it turns the water a light red/orange. I use boiling water instead of room temp, just be careful not to burn your self with the steam when you pour in the boiling water.

Stir the rice at a low boil for a minute or two. Bring flame down to be simmering for about 10 minutes, or intill the rice is almost cooked if it starts to dry up add a little more water. Taste the rice and see if it is not hard. If almost done turn flame off and cover with lid. Do not open the lid, wait well after the 5-7 mins. Rice is done in 5-7 minutes after you close lid.
