INGREDIENTS:

3 lb container of Cottage Cheese
3 Large Tomateos
4 Jalapenos
1 Medium Onion
Hand Full of Cilantro
1/2 cup of Pecans
1 large Avocado

DIRECTIONS:

In your chopper, chop the jalapenos, put jalapenos in a mixing bowl. Next chop your onion and place in a bowl. Cut tomatoes in half and degut the inside of the tomatoes to where you are removing the seeds and juice (you will not use this), cut the tomatoes in small pieces, also place them in the bowl. Chop your cilantro and place in bowl. You can put your pecans in a small chopper and chop them, place in bowl. cut your avocado in small size bite (set aside).

Add your cottage cheese to your bowl and mix. Add your avocado last and mix. Transfer all the cottage cheese into a nice bowl and you can slice one jalapeno and decorate it.

You can set a bowl of Toastadas next to the dip.
