Ingredients:

One 10oz Box Froxen Chopped Spinach
2 cups Herb bread and Stuffing mix
3/4 cups onion (chopped fine)
3 egg yolks, beaten
1/4 cup melted butter or margarine
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/3 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon Garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon black petter
1 can cheddar soup, undiluted


Cook spinach according to directions on box. Drain well, then blot with paper towel to futher reduce moisture. Mix in all other ingredients, except soup. Place in refrigerator untill chilled, about 3 hours or overnight. Make into walut or golfball sized balls. Place in greased pan and bake 20-30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve hot with undiluted cheddar cheese soup poured over as a sauce.
