Ingredients:
2 Lbs Pork Diced 2 Lbs Beef Diced 5 Chorizo links Paytons (Pork or Beef) 12oz Bacon Diced 4 links hotdog diced 1 Med Onion Diced New Mexico Chili Powder Adobo Spice (yellowish white) Great American Land and Cattle Steak Seasoning Salt and Pepper
Directions:
Cook bacon and right before it is done cooking, move it to the side of the cooking disk. Remove bacon grease and put aside. Leave enough in the pan to coat.
Next sauté the onion until translucent, move to the side of the cooking disk.
Cook the Chorizo and when it is done cooking move it to the side of the disk.
Cook the pork and season with some salt, pepper, Adobo, chili powder, and a little Great American Land and cattle seasoning. Cook the majority of the liquid out and when it is done cooking move it to the side of the disk.
Cook the beef and season with some salt, pepper, Adobo, chili powder, and a little Great American Land and cattle seasoning. Cook the majority of the liquid out and when it is done cooking move it to the side of the disk.
Cook the Hot Dogs and when it is done cooking move all the other ingredients from the sides to the middle of the cooking disk and mix. Get everything warmed up.
