| Ingredients: 
 4 lbs Chuck Roast with montreal seasoning
 1/2 stick of butter
 Onion large chopped
 Carrot 3 cups chopped
 Jar of Pepperoncini Peppers 16 oz Use the juice too.
 Can of Tomato sauce 15oz (1/2 can of water from can)
 Beef Stew packet
 Au jus gravy packet
 Ranch packet
 
 Directions:
 
 Brown the roast in a pan with some oil.
 Take roast out of pan and put aside. Add a stick of butter to pan. Add chopped onion, carrots, pepperoncini peppers with all juice, beef stew packet, au jus packet, ranch packet, tomato sauce with 1/2 can of water. Simmer sauce for 5 mins.
 
 Put Roast in crock pot with its juice, add sauce on top put crock pot on High for 8hrs.
 
 Serve ontop of mashed potatoes.
