Ingredients:
6-7 Medium Red Potatoes
Olive Oil (Spray if you have it)
Onion Powder
Garlic Powder
New Mexico Chili Powder
Salt (do not use if you are using Great American Land and Cattle Seasoning)
Pepper
*optional* Great American Land and Cattle Seasoning

Directions:

Set your oven to 400 degrees.
Line a cookie sheet with foil if you want to help clean up be faster. Spray a layer of olive oil on the tray. Cut up the potatoes in small 1/2 inch pieces and place in the tray. After you finish cutting up the potatoes make sure they lay flat and spray with olive oil. Next add the spices to taste. Mix all the potatoes with your hands to get all the spices and oil evenly coated on the potatoes. Spread out the potatoes on the cookie sheet evenly. Place in the oven and bake for 30-35 mins (check tenderness).
