Ingredients:

4 to 4 1/2 lbs Boneless Skinless Chicken breast
1/2 Large Onion (chopped)
2 Medium Tomatoes (Chopped)
2 tbls Oregano
2 Garlic Cloves coarse chop
1 Cup Chicken Broth (knorr Tomatoe and chicken)
9 tbls Home made chili salsa
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:

In a 7 quart slow cooker, add the Chicken Broth, Tomatoes, Oregano, Garlic Cloves, Onion, and 6 tbls of the home made chili and mix. Next Add Salt and Pepper to taste to both sides of the chicken breasts. Add the Chicken Breasts to the crock pot and mix it in the sauce. Make sure they are touching the bottom of the crock pot. Cook on high for 6 hours or low for 8.

After the chicken is cooked, take them out and place them in a pot and shred the chicken. Strain out the onions and tomatoes and put it in the pot. Add the last 3 tbls of home made chili and saute the chicken. Add some of the broth from the crock pot to the amount you would like. Make Burritos or Tacos from the meat.
