| Ingredients: 
 1 1/2 lb Fish fillets, Mahi Mahi
 1/4 cup Olive oil
 1 lrg Lime, juiced
 2 tbsp Stoneground mustard
 2 tbsp Ground cumin
 1 tbsp Cracked black pepper
 1 tbsp Garlic powder
 1 tsp Onion powder
 1 tsp Cinnamon
 1/2 tsp sea salt
 
 Mix oil with all spices, and juice until it becomes a paste. Brush sauce on top and bottom of fish filets. Grill, pan cook, or broil fish.
